YIKES! I am so glad he is okay!

I actually have been meaning to get a collar for Thor, but the harness he wears now is already pretty snug around the neck and I didn't want to have too much going on around there.

I actually thought it was the law to have a rabies tag on a dog if it's outside? I would only put the collar on outside. Thor is chipped, so I am not too concerned about ID.
