At this point, IMO, the best thin to do is watch her for any signs of complications... such as an obstruction> Vomiting, unable to pass a bowel movement, blood in the stool, crying when trying to potty, fever, lethargy.
Thankfully, she did not choke on the bone. Hopefully the bone will pass and she will be fine.
