Hello All,
I have been researching yorkies to adopt. I live in the city (Chicago). I really want to make sure this is the right decision for me and my adorable cat, Qtip. How do yorkies (considering a puppy or an adult) respond to and interact with cats? Mine tolerates my parent's terrier/pug mix, and to be honest, the dog does chase the cat a bit. There is less hissing from the cat after repeat visits, and I did separate them via baby gate initially, and they sniffed one another through that. The yorkie thing will be unique in that the dog will be smaller than the cat (7lbs). Any thoughts/ suggestions?
p.s. I tried to upload a photo of Qtip for ya, but it says the files are too big. Trust me, she's a cutie.
