Oh yes, there is still time for the testicle to drop. It is quite common in little yorkies for their testicle to drop down a little later. Usually, if it has not dropped by one year, then it will probably not. Then you need to make sure to get him neutered, because retained testicles often can lead to cancer. My smaller male did not drop until he was 9 months old.
