I am confused as to who has liver shunt? Is it the Yorkie that you are trying to rehome or the 11 yr old schnauzer? I have never heard of milk thistle curing liver shunt is this a homeopathic remedy? This is interesting that you would see improvement as it is normally corrected with surgery.
