Can anyone tell me what I can do, my yorkie is 1 yr old and she pees on the pee pads sometimes and then she will pee on the floor next to it. I can't figure it out, I thought maybe she didn't like to pee on the pad if it was dirty, but then she will pee on the floor sometimes when the pad is clean. Does anyone have this same problem?
