Kayla suffers really bad with her ears. She's prone to infections due to the hairs that grow in there and then combined with the fact she has floppy ears.
I've taken her to the groomer in the past to have them plucked but I have removed a few myself and it doesn't bother her in the slightest and she's a big wimp when it comes to pain so I guess she doesn't think that it hurts.
