Yes you're right, he might be confused now for whats happening that I am not letting him do it in the house anymore on his pads. I took them away and now is strickly business for outside pottying I started with the pads because he was little and I never had a yorkie and read that pads are great idea..but now I want him to just do it outside and have to work hard. If he learn how to go on the pads he should learn to go outside...
