He's VERY young and he has no doggy mentors to follow
so he's going to get carried away from time to time

I don't usually like doing this but in a case like this you almost have no choice
When he bites or gets too excited ... not hard but grab him by the neck and pin him so he cannot move and hold him there until he stops struggling
and give him a verbal prompt ... a No! or Uh!
this will train him and give him the boundaries that he will need to be a good member in your family
