I suppose I should also mention that titers still aren't going to give you a great answer. Ellie has a chronically low distemper titer (twice now) and I know darn well she is protected... It's because you can only see humoral immunity with titers and not cellular immunity, so a low titer doesn't always mean the dog isn't protected. However, a high titer is peace of mind that they are.
