The breeder is a 6 hour drive from me that is why I want to ask questions, but I think I already love this wee dog.

You must have been posting the same time as I was.....if she is that far away from you make sure to ask about the vet records ahead of time. Now that you are saying that she is going to spay and clean her teeth I wouldn't worry about her nearly as much as you have. It sounds like she is responsible and looking out for the little one's best interest.
