I am not sure if the breeder would allow you to take her dog to your vet but she should be willing to let you speak to hers. If he says that she is healthy and has been well taken care of then I do not see a problem with taking her. I would also ask her to make sure that she gives you all of the vet record so that you can give them to your vet. You will need to either have her sign a medical release and pick them up OR have her give them to you with payment. I agree with TLC that she will need to be spayed and a dental can be done at the same time.
