I would just keep an eye on her: make sure her gums are pink, check the CRT by pressing one finger on her gums till white then pull away your finger to see how long it takes to turn from white to pink again. If too slow, go to vet. Try to get her to eat and drink: Baby food chicken or turkey in broth, (if she likes this you can water it down to get more fluid in her), boiled chicken and rice, or whatever bland food you can get her to eat. Try warming the food to stimulate her to eat. Check her temp to be sure she's within normal limits. If she likes to be held, hold her on your lap. If not, check her every half hour or so to asses her condition. If you still feel unsure, take her to the EV.
