Has anyone heard Malcomb Gladwell speak or read his books - Outliers, The Tipping Point and Blink. He was one of the KeyNote speakers at WES and he is the most remarkable speaker I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. He kept an audience of almost 6,000 absolutely spellbound. Basically he discussed how we look at success - and how effort and opportunity equals or outweighs intelligence and ability. It WOWED me and gave me hope
I am reading his third book - Outliers - and it is fascinating. When I finish I will immediately re-read it 'cause I KNOW I am missing many of the important points.
