My pom did not do well on the lysodren and had to go off but there is a Cushing's forum where there are many many people whose dogs have done very well on it. I would just make sure you have a vet who is very experienced with Cushing's. My pom went on anipyrl for her cushing's and it helped with her symptoms with no side effects so that may be worth looking into. I will try and remember the link to that Cushinhg's forumm they are very helpful and knowledgable. I know you wanted positive feedback but thought this may be helpful.
