I have insurance throw my vets office. I have the basic right now which they debit about 21 dollars every month for and it covers all vet visits and basic exams meds are not incl but they give a discount if meds are purchased threw them. Also if i decide to upgrade of course i would be paying a little more but it would incl xrays and dental. So far so good my uncle introduced us to this idea and recommended our vet and we love the whole thing so far. another option you might considers is just placing a certin amount of money in a savings acct example place 25.00 weekly into a savings acct and forget about it until it is needed for your pooches medical needs an idea that was also given to me.
