I'd have to agree.
If you don't spend the money to remove them if they don't come out soon, you will spend it later in drawn out oral surgery.
We let Ellie's baby teeth stay and that had to be the start of her problems.
Her teeth started to look really gross and finally the incisors (adult) started falling out. New vet said that there were no retained baby teeth (so they either fell out or rotted out

). $600 later she had 9 adult teeth pulled, xrays, etc. Now we brush daily and use OraVet.
