Have you considered ordering the NV raw medallions online? There are 2 stores here in Tulsa that carry NV but it's very inconvenient for me to get to them. I found a great online store that I highly recommend (& they have free shipping on orders over $50. The prices are comparable to what I'd pay locally (if I factor in the sales tax savings). I would be too concerned about the proper ratio of nutrients, etc. in anything I made myself. But then again, I hate to cook for even me lol!
