Default Any raw feeders who make their own?

I am looking for some yt members who feed their yorkies raw and who either make their own or are interested in making their own food.
My Dax has food allergies and I usually feed him a natures variety or stella and chewys type mix. My favorite is Omas pride and since I can't find anything in this area (rural Arkansas ) I have started making my own mixes under the advice of the Omas people.
They advise 35% meat, 35% bone (no commercial bone meal only organic that you can get from a butcher), 20% blanched chopped fresh vegetable, and 10% organ (not liver, use beef or chicken heart). My first batch I used ground turkey, brocholli, and added two eggs.
Dax has always loved his raw but I saw an extra level of enthusiasm with this...he lapped it up like it was his last meal...lol.
Anyway you raw feeders know that variety is important for good nutrition on a raw diet so anybody with any ideas please let me know...
