We are working on an itinerary and should have everything confirmed pretty soon. However I can easily explain the registration costs. About 50% of the registration fees are going towards the catered dinner on Saturday night. We have been assured that the food at the Sheraton is incredible and well worth the cost. The rest of the registration fees are going towards the cost of renting the ballroom for all of Saturday.

The Sheraton was chosen because is was one of only 2 hotels that would allow us to A) have that many pets on site and B) allow us to bring pets into the ballroom during the meeting and dinner. The costs of the other willing venue were almost double the prices we got at the Sheraton.
