I actually have my dog using an indoor potty called a Wiz Dog that I got online when she is in the house in case she has an accident. Otherwise, she does go potty outdoors and this has helped cut back on the stepping in pee issue. She pees on the potty while I'm at work and it has like a plastic grate over the newspaper so she doesn't get her feet soaked with pee. She's really good about it. I stopped using it for awhile just to see if she stopped walking around in her pee, and she continued to do that so we are using the potty again. It keeps her smelling a lot nicer for longer. I only have to bathe her once a week. I have a very dirty dog. Right after I bathe her and she's all clean and pretty, she goes outside and rolls around in dirt and grass. She is not a prissy dog at all, but I love her to pieces!
