I'm sure that some have, but there is no way for me to know for sure, as I live in SC! It varies from individual retailer to retailer, state to state. So the best thing to do would probably be to check the local store you normally buy at to see if they have reduced the price from what you're used to paying. If not, it would be worth checking around to see who has!
