If you can - buy some canned pumpkin. Not pumpkin pie mix, just plain pumpkin. Also buy some pediatlite and try to get your baby to drink some. If he/she won't - use a syringe (without the needle) and "inject" some into his/her mouth every hour or so. Plain, unsweetened yorgurt will also be good and if you can, feed your baby some cooked (unseasoned) chicken mixed with brown rice.

This is the advice that I got from Yorkietalk when my baby was just tiny and had "the runs". My vet said it was "exactly" what I should have been doing and probably saved her life as she was just 1.2 pounds at the time. They can become dehydrated so very quickly that you really have to be careful.
