Yes, bring him to a vet, and pick up some Pedialite for him. Pedialite should not take the place of water, but should be used as a supplement. You can also add a few drops of Karo syrup to his water to keep his sugar levels up.

How do his gums look? If they are pale, rub some Karo syrup or honey onto his gums. If his blood sugar is normal, his gums will be a healthy, bright pink color.
