If his blood sugar is low all the time he wont want to eat. I suggest adding honey or karo syrup to his water for a week or two to help keep his blood sugar up. You will need to keep supplimenting him until he starts to eat on his own. I also suggest keeping nutrical on hand at all times for emergencies when you are outside of the house with him.
