Default Bone/chex confusion

Hi everyone! I am a soon to be wife and yorkie mommy, and I want to have everything ready when my little man gets here.

I'm a bit confused about bones and chews. I know he'll need lots to chew on to keep his little teeth healthy and to keep him out of trouble but I'm not sure what to buy. I know that rawhide and nylabones are out. And I think bully sticks smell awful. I'm already gotten him an Everlasting treat ball but I'm not sure what to do about bones. I know natural is best. But I'm confused over raw, boiled, or the sterilized bones at the pet store. Also, if I do get bones from the butcher and prepare or boil them myself should I get chicken or beef bones?

Thanks!
