Yes she uses a soft collar and a leash for Bailey but the technique is different for each dog depending on the problems/issues you are facing. It's more of retraining Bailey to relearn the basics. It's also about teaching ME because I was at a loss. I know this isn't much help, but it's really dependent on what's going on with the dog.
