momma dog may need to go more as shes licking off excrement from babys she needs more care ! use the freebie papers cover the floors with them they are FREE then ball them up toss them change the garbage take it out it thats easy and faster than puppy pads! momma dog cant help it doesnt know any better and most likely doesnt want to go to far away from the new babys!
