you can try to socialize her to people to show her that people are very nice. when i took milu to puppy class. one of the homework assignment was to invite 100 people (at diff. times of course) to your house, and have them greet your puppy play with your puppy and give your puppy treats.
you can just invite friends/coworkers to your house, and have them greet your puppy and give your puppy treats. i think that should help.
