I'd try another food. Bil-Jac has a lot of fillers and by-products in it, and if your dog has a sensitive digestive system, those things don't help.

I just checked the price of Bil-Jac on Petco.com and saw that it runs $15.99 for a 7lb bag. I currently pay $13 for 6lb bag of Acana Provincial (a grain-free, moderately high protein kibble with very good ingredients) at a local pet shop. A lot of the high-quality foods can be found for a pretty reasonable price if you shop around a bit.
