It's kind of scarey how attached I've gotten to Piper during the last 9 months. I lost my 13 year old boy last winter and I never thought that I could love another baby like I did him. It didn't take long for Piper to worm her way into my heart. I have been away from home for 5 days taking care of my grandson and I miss Piper so much. I'm enjoying my time with my grandson but I can't stop thinking about her.
