You can give her 1/2 teaspoon Pepto Bismal every 4-6 hpurs to try to settle her stomach. If she doesn't improve, she needs to get to a vet as these little ones can dehydrate really quickly which can cause a dangerous electrolyte imbalance.
Did she eat anything she shouldn't have yesterday? Did anyone feed her fatty food like ham, sausage, etc? Yorkies are prone to pancreatitis.
