This will happen while she is a pup. It will get better as she gets older. I would not bath her twice a day!! Only because it will dry out her skin and coat. I used to just use baby wipes (non-perfume) on their little footies and private areas when they were pups. I still use baby wipes as needed, but mostly the adults do better about lifting legs or avoiding steping in it.
