YES I remember Gallagher. He was one that could always make me laugh out loud.

I can still recognize his face; just a little older....aren't we all.
He never did have a head of hair so I'm not surprised that he's pretty bald......except for the back????? That is his hair right? It looks gray/silver at the roots and has color the rest of the way.
