Okay about 3 weeks ago i took my baby

Tucker to go shopping in georgetown(washington DC) with me, and I was crossing the street with my boyfriend and friend ,and a car full of people pulled up and asked to see him. Of course I obliged and one woman rolled down her window and I let her hold him,and she let the person inside the car beside her hold him also.Then the light turned green, and it looked to me like the driver of the car was going to pull off,with my tucker still in the womans hands

! So doing the only "sane" thing I could do, I panicked OPENED her car door,and snatched my baby away.The driver of the car then said that she was just going to pull over to the curb,so other people wouldn't have to drive around her. Maybe I over reacted LOOOOOOOL but my friend who was with me, just told me about her friend, who's yorkie was stolen by a neighbor.Plus the driver should of told me what she was doing before she tried to drive , CONSIDERING a passenger in her car was still holding
