No I dont know the brand name but I am positive it is someone here on YT that makes dog clothes. It is driving me crazy! I looked at all of my favorites online, I looked on Yt saler's "is that a word?" The back is connected almost like a T and the bottom is a skirt type suite. It goes around the neck like a band.
