hollo my name is dave this is my first post on yorkie talk what a wonderful find my problem: my yorkies name is dickens he will be 5 in july he is active healthy and a trim 7 lbs for his frame about two weeks ago he started to limp my wife and i took him to the vet and was told mabey a torn acl we were given medicne and told if he was not any better in seven to come back he has never yelped or shown any sign of pain except the limp after 5 days we took him back he was put to sleep and looked over more close were told acl was torn vets ansewr was surgery 1600.00-1800.00 we called the breeder and he said to try herbel joint medicine and restrict his activity for 6-8 weeks i do not want to have dickens be in pain nor do i want to spend if i dont have to if anybody has had similar problems please advise thanks dave
