So sorry you didn't receive any replies yet! How is Cicelia - did things "move along"...? Giving her some extra hydration can help w/ constipation...but you don't want to cause diarrhea w/ new food, and a new home...so be careful, just give a little - if any.
There are a lot better foods out there than Pedigree, so I'd probably work toward getting her off that once she's adjusted to her new home (after a couple weeks) - good brands might be Orijen, Innova EVO dry, Wellness...
Please let us know how it's going as there are other things to try for constipation. Also, since you just got her home, a visit to her new vet is always a good idea too.
