I just use my oven set to 200 degrees. You can put paper towels over cookie sheets. Beef liver, cut in cubes, (first boiled for 1/2 hour) takes about an hour. If things start to brown too much, you just turn the oven down 10 degrees. I don't know how long vegetables would take, I'm going to try it. A convection oven would even work faster.
