Yeah I think the key is boundaries. Loki walks ahead of me but he doesn't pull. I figured out a long time ago that when he does pull, he's not pulling to be defiant, he just likes to keep a faster pace for the first half of the walk. If I pick it up a little (I need the exercise anyway) he walks perfectly. He runs out of steams quickly and lags behind the whole way home anyway
