Default yorkie that limps?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this website.....very informative! Well I have a delima. My Izzy is 2 1/2 yrs old, 3 lbs and darling. She was walking, fell completely over on her right side, got up and fell over again. I picked her up, she acted like she was drunk! I saw throw up in 2 places right near where she fell over. Her right arm was drawn up, her right leg stuck straight out like a board? She never made a sound. Took her to emergency, they ran blood test, neck xray, kept her over night $500 bill. They thought she had a brain tumor or something. Took her to my vet the next week, he had to rerun neck xrays, another $300 to tell me the first ones weren't good enough! He then said she needed to go see a specialist to get an mri cuz it looked like she had a compressed disks in her c6 & 7 vertebrae in the base of her neck. So I took her to the specialist, spent another $2000 to be told the mri didn't show things clearly due to the fact she is so small? what the heck! She was sent home with meds cuz they don't know what to do. I was told I could take her to Portland and have a human MRI done on her to magnify her results better! I'm soooooooooo frustrated, none of this makes sense to me. Why the heck doesn't the MRI they took have enough magnetic power for small dogs at $1700? so now i have a dog that limps still, can run but limps. I would have never taken her to a specialist if they hadn't told me that surgery would have fixed the problem. I'm at square one with a big bill to pay.
