haha - Tile is so easy to clean -I treated mine with a Surface Sealer so nothing penetrates it - but it CAN stain also if you don't use a sealer....
Hardwoods can be re-surfaced if they stain or get scratched - so both are ok - and way easier than Carpet to keep clean and odor free.... |
