Mandie does the same thing. All you have to do anymore is put on your shoes and she is at the door wanting out into the garage! Barking and ready to go "bye bye''. It has gotten better with time because I have been taking her more with me when I can, but she used to whine all the time!! How old is Louis?? Maybe it gets better with age? I dont know..
