I completely understand what you mean. I understand also the expense that rescue dogs accumulate with medical expenses. What I absolutely dont understand is when I see notices that they will be putting down a dog if someone doesnt adopt it in a day or two and the rescue fee is 500 and up. Why not go ahead and let someone adopt without that fee other than putting these poor little ones to sleep
