I'm sure there is a term for this but I don't know it so I'll have to describe it...I've been puppy searching for awhile now. I've seen a few Yorkie pups with their tongues hanging out their a little and it seems they always have it out. Is that permanant? Don't get me wrong...I think it is so cute
