Srry i should have explained, its in portuguese but they thought it might have been a kitten crying or something, and they prob. just had a camera on them. Then they found out it was the baby and took it to safety. Oh and i also found out the mom said she didn't do that, she said she couldn't afford to raise the baby so she gave her to a group of ppl to raise her and i guess that's what they did to her.
