My shih poo, Oliver, has developed a habit of licking the inside of his back legs. He does not lick sores and does not have fleas, it seems to be a soothing thing for him. I've read that it could be boredom and more exercise might help. I've started increasing walks. I wonder if anyone else has dealt with this and has any tips on how to unlearn the habitual behavior.
