No, shes to small to breed. If you do theres a chance you could loose her. Im not a breeder or do I know a whole lot on breeding but 3 pds. is to small.
There are alot of great people on YT and breeders who can exsplain it all to you and not to mention all the other complications.
As for as spading her you really need to talk to your vet.
