 Vandalism at cemetery
The cemetery where my Dad, Mom and Rich are buried was vandalized last night. Thank goodness none of our graves were bothered, and the granite bench in memory of Mom and Dad was fine, but my gosh...there are broken stones everywhere there! How can anyone be so low as to vandalize a gravesite? It had to be strong people because those things weigh a ton. They even turned over a memorial to our heros and that is broken to pieces. This just makes me sick to my stomach. I hope and pray they catch those dirty criminals. It is going to be a sad site for Memorial Day because I'm sure they cannot get all those back together by then. They will have to bring in a crane to get them lifted and bolted/glued back onto their bases. Some are broken beyond repair. What is this world coming to? |
