What a great story. When I worked for the vets we had a Chihuahua named Tinkerbell that lived to be 24 years old. She had 2 teeth left and her tongue hung out of her mouth. Her family got her when they got married and never had children, TinkerBell was their very much Loved child...Congratulations and Happy 21st Birthday to Chanel...
